• I’m a licensed Tennessee Home Inspector and Registered Architect with over 30 years of construction and design experience.
  
• I have constructed two of my own houses, numerous barns/outbuildings and an office. This includes not only the carpentry but plumbing, electrical and A/C work.
  
• I have a two year associate degree in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technology. I have held past jobs as a carpenter, plumber, concrete finisher, carpet layer and A/C mechanic.
  
• I’m a trained and certified member in good standing of InterNACHI, the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors.
  
• I meet or exceed InterNACHI’s Standards of Practice.
  
• Rob has always been involved with his community, currently I serve on the Fentress County Planning Commission and Big South Fork Back Country Horsemen of Tennessee.
