The leadership at Sarasota’s Habitat for Humanity asked for a design that was easy and quick to construct, energy efficient, hurricane resistant and green in all aspects of the construction. They also asked for a pleasing exterior appearance that would blend into the neighborhood with a façade that showed a variety in its design. The four unit Townhouse is H shaped in its plan with the two larger pair of three bedroom homes placed at the ends and a pair of two bedroom homes set in between them.

Rob's architecture studio that he built out of Homefront panels next to his home in Alva, Florida. It is a 900 s.f. studio/office designed as a green building to meet the FGBC green homes standard.
